Families & Communities
Educating our families and communities to better understand exploitation and trafficking and detect and help manage stress and anxiety that increases the risk of adverse experiences.
Through panel discussions and live workshops, we offer coaching and training that can play an important role in combating exploitation and trafficking.
Gain a deep understanding of exploitation and trafficking, as well as the signs of stress, anxiety and pressure experienced by our kids that increase the risk of adverse experiences:
· Signs of ‘grooming’ and predatory behavior
· Suicide risk factors
· Trafficking in the United States
· Safety in schools, neighborhoods and local communities
Each day in the United States, there are an average of over 3,703 suicide attempts by young people
grades 9-12. If these percentages are additionally applied to grades 7 & 8, the numbers would be higher.
